fantastic definetly will recommend to any one that wants to visit tropea

Hotel was clean. great space, fantastic pool facility. had shuttles that take you too and from the beach. Was looking to reserve a place I read about on line for dinner and thankfully the women that was at the desk 1 spoke english 2 let us know this restaurant was a set 5 course meal that the kids would not have been keen on and recommended a place she called to reserve for us and was FANTASTIC!! kids loved there first night

arrived around 2 so a little late for lunch but there was only ice cream and potatoe chips at the bar would have been nice to have a sandwich or even a plate of fruit and some nuts avaiable.

Noisy room due to poor soundproofing. Walk to the city centre is via a road with no pavement. Very small shower.

a very comfortable and pleasant stay

Just a short walk into town from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate with someone cooking fresh eggs in the morning. Albeit short it was a very pleasant stay. The town was lovely for an amble with plenty of restaurants and ice cream parlours.

All fine Front desk manger lady was excellent and should get a promotion she dealt with our room issue with professionalism and moved us to a good room

Just not near the beach and you need a mini bus to get you to tropea and need to pay 20 euros for entry to Charlie beach club So the hotel has no beach of its own and the private beach in fact is a beach club in tropea

Great resort, amazing staff, very small rooms. Beach is at several beach clubs 15 min drive away

The staff was amazing!! The front desk staff was particularly kind and helpful!

The room was particularly small! There was literally a bed upon entering the front door and a bathroom at the back which was large enough, but no room to move around the bed with luggage. Although we selected a standard or classic room, I must admit this is the first time we could not fit our luggage comfortably in the same space as our bed with 2 people in the room. Although this seemed to be the norm in this resort, and maybe other ones in Tropea, we heard several other guests complaining about this too.

The staff were awesome and the resort beautiful breakfast was great and the pools were nice

Wifi was almost non existent and the showers were designed for 10 year old boys even tho the bathroom was huge I had to squeeze thru shower door

Rooms were adequate and breakfast was decent. The pool area is nice but will explain below the problem

The pool would have been nice but littered with kids jumping and throwing balls around not an idea of a vacation was very annoying. Like usual no music playing and crowded The location is not good not close to beach or town and have to take your car or shuttle to reach destination

Great hotel. Great service.

This is a beautiful and beautifully kept hotel. The staff is great. The breakfast is bountiful. The pool is just stunning as well. However. Be aware. Their shuttle service is not optimal. You need to be ready to walk to town or the beach (or drive … and try to find parking ). Or pay 5€ per person per way. Which I find very expensive for a 5 minute drive. It’s a short 12 minute walk. But….the road has no proper walkway. So be safe. That’s all. I have to be honest though. The WiFi kind of sucks. It comes and goes like the waves of the ocean. Like most European hotels. The air conditioning has challenges . But I’m Canadian. So I like to sleep cold. My daughter loved the temperature in the room. All in all. A great place. Tropea a must visit. The variety of beaches unreal. A five minute walk and you go from a sandy beach to a rock beach.

Good value. Would recommend.

Clean, modern , property. Good breakfast with variety. Pools clean and beautiful. A walk away from the heart of Tropea.

Shuttle system unorganized. Beaches are not walking distance as they may appear in the pictures. Very limited ice available to guests. Bike rental outside lobby is inaccessible. Staff unsure how to rent the bicycles despite many attempts to sort this out.

Wonderful stay!

We ended a 2 week trip at the resort, the place was really nice, but we were some of the youngest guests. They seem to get a lot of tour groups and such. We had a car so we didn't utilize the shuttle and explored towns around such as Brattiro and Pizzo based on recomendations by locals. The bar was wonderful by the pool and lunch was delicious (get the pesto trofie and the salads)! We ate dinner at local restaraunts in the area so I can't speak on the actual dinner at the resort.

The pool was quite cold (the temps were in the low 80's outside) however this may be an Italian thing with unheated pools as another stay in Puglia was the same and the pool is deep for anyone with young kids - about 5 feet. Grab some floats at the nearby shops and you're ready to go!

The pool, restaurant and room where great. There was a small mixup with the reservation but the hotel manager sorted the problem immediately.

Beautiful resort, walkable distance to town!

Pool, amazing breakfast, rooms were spacious ( comfort room booked for 3 people) and great location. Good shuttle service. Overall, great resort. Very modern! Would definitely recommend

*Shuttle coming back to resort should offer some later times in the evening. We walked back most nights (15-20min) so it's not bad. But it's an incline, so get ready to sweat a bit. *Pack your own towel for the pool. $5 euro for each towel. This should be advertised properly. Towels should be free of charge for guests to use? They don't allow the room towels to be used there either. *Mirror inside closet was dirty ( never cleaned once within my stay). *Some floor areas were still dirty and not thoroughly mopped. The same spots were there for our whole stay.
